Field Representative (part time)

Company Overview: We are a busy management company looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Field Representative. A car will be provided during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Install signs, lockboxes, and deliver welcome gifts to properties.

Perform unit inspections, take photos, and upload them using an iPad.

Assist with property showings by opening doors for prospective residents.

Coordinate with vendors and deliver important notices as needed.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

Must have a clean background check and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Basic familiarity with GPS tools like Waze (or similar) and willingness to learn how to use a handheld tablet.

Ability to climb stairs and perform tasks that involve light physical activity.

Position Details:

Part-Time: 15-20 hours per week, across 3 days to start.

Flexible schedule within business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
