Property management customer service person

We are growing our property management customer service department. We are a statewide property management company, in business since 2007. We are seeking a person that is good with people, has great phone and communication skills. The customers service rep will be issuing work orders, managing phones and various other duties. We offer flexible hours and a clean and pleasant working environment. The person applying for this position must be very computer savvy and have some experience with property management or customer service in an office environment. This position requires can learn quickly plus have good retention skills. This is a part time position until you are trained and then may develop up to a 30 – 35 hour per week position.
