Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a realiable and dedicated Customer Service Representative for our call center in the light industrial sector. This temporary position has the potential to become permanent based on performance.

Compensation: $17/hour, paid weekly with taxes deducted.

Monday-Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM, Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from clients placing orders

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- Utilize computer systems to process orders (training provided)

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor over the phone

Requirements:

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Good computer skills

- Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly personality

- Call center experience preferred

- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Must be able to pass a local and national background check

Must be available for an interview with our agency and our Client
