As a Steward, you'll support our culinary team and help ensure smooth daily operations.What You'll DoWash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations, kitchen areas, and storage rooms.Remove trash and recycling while keeping work areas clean and safe.Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies for the culinary team.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and food preparation areas as needed.Work closely with the culinary team to support efficient kitchen operations.
