Assistant Property Manager

Job DescriptionA commercial property in Plantation, FL is looking to hire an Assistant Property Manager. This individual would be responsible for processing 30 invoices (on average) a week, tracking rent payments of their 25 building tenants, and acting as the point of contact when the Property Manager is out of office.Other responsibilities may include:

Responsible for coordinating with the Manager for all reporting, budgeting, cost control, past due receivable, occupancy and vacancy reports, quarterly activity reports, etc.

Responsible for the administration of all tenant leases in full compliance with lease provision. Along with the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the timely determination of escalations, timely collection of all rents and for undertaking appropriate action to lease available space within the building.
