CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT NEEDED IMMEDIATELY!

GOOD PAY and HIRING NOW! Construction Superintendent for Custom Home Builder & General Contractor for Commercial Construction. This is NOT A HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR OR MACHINERY POSITION.

Great work environment! We need someone who is experienced and can help oversee the day-to-day operations of new custom homes and commercial projects. Good communication skills and problem solving are important. Prefer someone local with transportation and valid Driver's License. Starting pay based on experience.

JOB SKILLS NEEDED:

Experience in Custom Residential Home Building

Experience in Commercial Construction

Read Blueprints and Follow Customer Specifications

Attention to Detail

Schedule & Supervise Subcontractors & Laborers

Work With Suppliers for Ordering Materials

Schedule Inspections & Work With Building Officials

Knowledge of Foundation, Framing, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC & Other Areas Helpful

Ability to Provide Hands On When Needed

Work Close with General Contractor

Good Customer Relation Skills

Computer skills are a definite plus.

Gas & Vehicle Allowance

The main work area is in Escambia & Santa Rosa Counties in Florida.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule: FULL TIME / STARTING IMMEDIATELY

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed but not often.

Driver's License (Required)
