Investment Group seeking skilled, capable and responsible person (s) to service / fix / renovate and repair exiting older mobile homes both inside and outside.

Work starting September - now in selection process for qualified workers

Paid electronically (must have checking account) - by ACH / Monday of each week.

Smart phone required for "Time Clock" management - Daily Work Progress Photos / paid weekly /

Requires capable and provable skills in:

Metal Roof repairs

Vinyl / metal siding repairs

Rebuilding stairs / small decks / repairs

Light Plumbing / electrical service

Carpentry, paneling, trim and small fabrications

Door / Window Install Repairs

Subfloor and flooring repairs

Trailer set up and securing

Vinyl skirting installation

Mini-split set up / connection

Drywall capable

Painting skills

Kitchen cabinet installation / remodeling

Bathroom remodeling / Service

Trash out / clean out

Require professional, minimum 7 years.

Professional tools and ability to use them

Smart phone and ability to send pictures. daily.

Reliability, trustworthiness and promptness required

Honesty and non-excuse making personality is valued.

Prefer non - smoker.

Offering is contract work - not salaried job. Work could extend 4-6 months. 40+ hours week / typically 5 -6 days week.

Background check and verifiable photo ID required - for safety of residence and per insurance coverage.
