Salon Manager/Stylist needed

I am looking for a full time manager( no weekends or holidays) to run a profitable non corporate Fantastic Sams on beautiful Perdido Key . Ownership does not micro-mange store but provides full support>Major responsibilities include building your own chair, hiring/firing, ordering supplies for salon, working with a wide range of stylists( current crew very good) once a week deposits across the parking lot. Salary/Commssion/Bonus plan, whichever pays you higher. 3 weeks paid vacation weekly store bonus override on salon sales.
