Evening Custodian/Light Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/light Maintenance team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during the evening hours. This individual will play a vital role in the daily evening upkeep of our high-rise condominium property located on Perdido Key. Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, and light maintenance like changing light bulbs and the use of simple hand tools. No prior experience necessary — we are happy to train individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Please submit a resume.
