Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping, with a strong background in irrigation systems and landscape installation. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscape technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of landscape technicians in daily operations.

Oversee landscape installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Coordinate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and expectations.

Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.

Manage equipment and materials efficiently to maximize productivity.

Perform regular inspections of job sites to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping.

Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape installation techniques.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
