Part-time Janitor/cleaner

Part-time Janitor needed immediately 20-25 hours per week. Pay starts at 15.00 per hour. Day and Evening shifts available. You will work 5 shifts a week. You have the option to work any 5 days/nights of the week, including Saturday and Sunday. Janitorial/cleaning experience preferred but not required. You MUST have your own dependable transportation and cell phone. Paid sick time, 3 paid holidays, bonuses paid based on attendance and performance. You must be a self-starter, organized and able to work with minimal supervision. Paid safety training. Work site location is near the old paper mill in Panama City.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION QUESTIONS BELOW

The work environment is an industrial chemical plant. A typical shift is 4 to 5 hours. The work generally consists of approximately 1 hour of sweeping, 1 hours of mopping, 15 minutes of floor scraping (when needed), 1 hour of bathroom cleaning and stocking supplies, and 1 hour of trash. You will need to be able to walk up-stairs.

Tools and cleaning chemicals are provided. There will always be chemical plant employees there where you would be working.

The pay period runs two weeks (14 days), pay day is every other Friday.

The work attire is long sleeve shirts and long pants steel toed work boots, and hard hat.

You will be eligible for sick leave after your 90-day probationary period. You will receive 20 hours of paid sick leave every calendar year.

Holidays - after your 90-day probationary you'll be eligible for Christmas Day New Year's Day, and Thanksgiving Day off with pay.

You will clock in and out by text messaging.
