Principal Test Engineer

Our Hi-Rel Space Product and Test Engineering Group is seeking a talented Test Engineer to join our team in our Palm Bay, FL, office. Our team develops Radiation-Hardened ICs for the Space Industry. You will work with a team primarily co-located in Palm Bay, with an on-site production test floor. Responsibilities include developing test methodologies, defining test schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware; developing and debugging test programs; correlating production test solutions to bench measurements; and transferring test solutions to production.Relocation is not offered for this positionPrimary Responsibilities:Define Test Requirements for new ICs in Conjunction with the Development TeamWrite Characterization programsDevelop production test programsDesign Load Boards for Automated Test EquipmentPerform GR&R studies and Transient Analysis, aka Spike Check, aka de-glitch
