Hauff Homes is a small family run custom home builder looking for a Carpentry Assistant who wants to learn the trade the right way. This is hands on work with real craftsmen. Some carpentry experience is helpful, but not required. What matters most is attitude, reliability, and the willingness to work with your hands.

You will

Assist lead carpenters on site

Move materials and set up work areas

Support basic carpentry tasks and tool use

Keep job sites clean and organized

Learn how custom features are built and installed

Help wherever needed on the build

We need someone who

Shows up on time

Is reliable

Wants steady work

Listens and pays attention to detail

Can lift materials and work on their feet

Has transportation and a valid driver’s license

Wants to grow in carpentry and learn from skilled craftsmen
