Experienced Interior / Exterior Painter (Part Time)

Looking for a Experienced Painter for part time (NOT EVERY DAY WORK)

All jobsites are located throughout central FL; You have the option to meet me at the shop located in Saint Cloud FL, leave your vehicle and drive with me to the jobsite OR you may drive yourself to the jobsite, however I do not pay extra for gas and tolls.

Pay Rate:

I DO NOT NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS PAINTED A BEDROOM BEFORE. I know a professional painters worth and I am open to paying you that, I won't pay you $200 a day when you're only bringing $100 "Helper" experience. My ad will say starting off for the first day is $135 but your performance decides that pay increase.

Interior Painting

- prep walls for paint

- use drop cloths; neat & clean

- paint doors, walls, baseboards, closets and we sometimes paint ceilings

- use a 3 inch brush with a mini roller to cut in and 18 inch roller to roll out walls

- use ladders - (Don't apply if afraid of heights)

Exterior Painting:

- prep for paint tape off window, doors, light fixtures, etc.

- use ladders - sometimes we paint 2 story homes with peeks.

- use paint sprayer
