Skilled Handyman/remodeling

Hello My Name Is Mark G,

I own a commercial maintenance and Home remodeling company. I need someone who has skills In: general electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Carpentry, Flooring, Floor tile, shower installation, backsplash, door install, some concrete, Along with I get lots of calls for commercial maintenance repairs. I have maintenance contracts.

I am looking for someone with a minimum proven experience of 10 years In the business. I don't have a problem In providing all information on jobs and help if needed weather from me or another co-worker but don't have time to babysit either! This is not a training position! Sorry don't have the time!

No smoking on job site. No drugs or drinking problems, must have good transportation,

I have all tools to do all jobs so if you don't have that many tools that is not a problem. If you have yours I don't care as long as it does what it takes to do the job right! We do quality work no exceptions! Do it right or don't do it at all! I have work that also exceeds 40 hours a week if wanted? If you have these skills part time will consider it also minim(25hours) Depending on how things go and if you can be trusted after awhile pay will increase!
