HVAC COMMERCIAL TECHNICIAN

Resolves escalated customer complaints and ensures compliance with our company's core values and purpose. Provides service on previously installed systems.

Some overnight and local travel is expected for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS: Mandatory 7 years commercial experience (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)

Must have experience with all major equipment manufacturers including: Carrier, Trane, Lennox and York Rooftop systems, EMS Controls & Fire Alarm Systems (Required)

HVAC commercial installation, troubleshooting, testing, balancing and close outs

Must have experience with energy management systems such as Novar, Honeywell and Emerson (Required)

EPA Universal Certification (Required)

Driver license (Required)

Company Truck, must travel within Florida

Work Authorization (Required)
