Trim Carpenter/Cabinet Installer/Punch-Out Tech

As a Field Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. We are seeking a full-time team member who is experienced in trim carpentry including crown molding installation, baseboard installation, new cabinet installation and modifications, woodworking, and other general punch list work. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects are completed with high quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

-Trim Carpentry

- Cabinet Installation

- Minor Drywall/Texture patching

- Painting

- Minor Demolition

- Simple Tile Work

- Basic Carpentry

Qualifications:

-Must had a clean driving history and valid drivers license

- Must have advanced trim carpentry skills

- Must be able/willing to do various punch-out tasks as needed to get projects over the finish line
