Auto Repair Service Advisor

Located in Longwood, Universal Tire & Auto is growing and seeking an experienced and reliable individual to take on the role of Service Writer. Our Service Writer will assist the Store Manager to ensure store's success and customer service excellence. It’s important that the Service Writer has general knowledge of the automotive repair industry, experience writing work orders for customers and ordering parts for vehicles and complete interaction with customers from A to Z. The right person will be able to deliver prompt and courteous customer service, answer questions, investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints. You must be very comfortable with sales and solving problems.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Automotive Service Writer

Must have valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation

Background check will be required

Proficient computer/typing skills, will be trained on a Point of Sale System
