Need Sub Contractor team- Interior Renovations

The right Sub contractor candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to think on their feet, and complete renovations in the allotted time.

Requirements:

Liability insurance

Workers Comp

Must have tools to complete the job (Hand tools/ power tools/ladders/paint sprayers)

Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Maintaining a clean working environment

Must have excellent communication skills & problem solving.

Quality work is essential.

Demo -Remove countertops- cut down bar top- remove cabinet doors- remove lighting- remove plumbing- remove bath & door hardware- remove blinds

Minor drywall repairs- Full unit paint- Cabinet boxes -Trim - interior doors-Ceilings- walls

Requirements - minor electrical - minor plumbing- & carpentry skills

Install lights- ceiling fans- faucets-switch covers- blinds - bath hardware- door hardware

Install tile back splash

Install cabinet doors & pulls

Need to be able to apply ceiling texture- knock down & popcorn- Wall texture

Must be able to keep to a schedule

Must have enough workers to complete the renovations on time

Trash out and final unit clean (Move in ready cleaning) To include - sweeping-mopping-paint clean up-appliances cleaning- bathroom cleaning (tub-toilet-shower) & windows (inside)

Once units are completed Project Manager will walk the unit and blue tape any issues to be repaired immediately before invoices are processed
