Professional Painters Wanted - High-End Residential

Well-established family-owned and operated local painting service company in the Winter Park/Orlando area looking to hire experienced Master and professional painters. Candidates should have experience working on both new and existing projects. Our goal is to support our team and provide the best and most top-quality work in the industry. We are looking for talented team members that possess spraying, rolling, and brush skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years of professional experience in residential and commercial painting

Proficient with Spray Machine (optional but preferred).

Able to communicate job updates as required.

Must have Smart Cell Phone.

Have strong overall knowledge of paint sprayers and coatings applications.

Must have own tools.

Must have a valid driver's license (personal vehicle preferred)

Strong attention to detail.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisors and/or homeowners to determine work requirements.

Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures.

Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping and sanding.

Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. caulk, spackling, wood filler, etc.)

Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools.

Apply varnish and other finishes.

Preferred

Experience with scissor and boom lift equipment (certification preferred).

Cabinet finishing, stain and lacquer experience
