Construction supervisor/ Assistant superintendent

Commercial General Contractor looking for experienced site supervisor/ Assistant Superintendent.

Commercial construction experience is prefered but residential experience will be considered.

Applicants must be able to:

Read blueprints.

Create, follow and maintain job site schedules.

Communicate and schedule sub Contractors.

Ensures company standards are maintained.

Provide a professional appearance.

Must have basic computer skills and own a smart phone.

Must be able to communicate with project owners in a professional manner.

Skilled trade background preferred.
