Compensation: $15 - $45 Hourly Plus Commissions

Job Description

As a Debt Recovery Agent, you will:

Contact debtors by phone to negotiate payment arrangements

Utilize your persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals effectively

Maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations

Meet and exceed performance targets in a supportive, results-driven environment

Requirements

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting

Resilience in handling challenging situations professionally

Previous experience in debt collection, sales, or customer service is preferred
