Regional Sales Manager Wanted $150K - $300K
Florida, Orlando, 32801 Orlando USAHome improvement company seeks Regional Sales Manager in Orlando. MUST LIVE IN THE ORLANDO AREA! (No exceptions)
Make excellent commissions selling free, qualified, fresh scheduled leads. (Our sales reps make $75k-$150k).
Train recruits to do the same. Manage them. Make on all their sales.
We will send you recruits to train and manage for our Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa offices (we cover most of FL).
You will have the full support of our corporate sales trainers to come to Orlando and other offices to help train recruits in the field. You will train them in the office and some in the field.

Requirements:
MUST HAVE HOME-IMPROVEMENT SALES EXPERIENCE WITH A ONE-CALL CLOSE PRODUCT.
Must have sales experience selling in a one-call close situation as well as sales training experience.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be a CLOSER not an excuse maker.
Sales management experience is a plus but not necessary. We train managers how to train and manage.
Just so we're clear If you have enough experience to be a sales manager, then you know that sales management jobs are earned by proving you can sell the product and within the company's sales system. You don't have to be the top sales pro in the office but you must have the ability to sell our product well enough that you can train others. This earns you a sales training position which leads to the sales management position.
Learn our system, prove you can sell, prove you can train, earn the sales management title then earn the Regional Sales Management title and run all of our Florida offices. We believe the right person can do this, with our full support, in 3-4 months.
There's no guarantees so if you claim to be a one-call closer, you better be one! We find out really fast.
