Bar Security (LGBTQ Bar)

This is a friendly and respectful local LGBTQ bar in downtown Orlando area. We do not have many issues at all with the local patrons of the bar. You do not have to be LGBTQ but do need to be respectful of the LGBTQ culture regardless of how you may accept it. At the end of the day, we are looking for professional protectors. If you can't handle that, no issues, it is understandable.

Job Title: Bar Security Staff

Work Environment: Nightclub or bar setting. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Bar Manager or Security Supervisor.

Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Location: Downtown Orlando

Employment Type: Weekend Night Shifts (10-3A)

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Security Guard or similar role

Licensed as a class D security officer

Trained in first aid and self-defense

Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures

Proficient in English

Strong integrity and professionalism

Must be customer service oriented
