Senior Desktop Support Technician

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 3 months to start

The Senior Desktop Support Technician must possess a unique blend of advanced desktop technical skills and communication skills:

They must have the technical skills required to troubleshoot and support extremely technical and complex highest level issues, desktop configurations and desktop management systems while also having the skills required to effectively communicate with customers

This person must also be exceptionally customer service oriented

The ability to effectively utilize web resources in order to research technology or solve problems

The ability to remove viruses and spyware from computers for which standard scanning tools are ineffective

The ability to work effectively and cooperatively with a group to achieve a goal
