Office/Administrative Assistant

Hours: Off-Season Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-12:00pm

Tax Season Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Oviedo CPA firm looking for someone who is diligent, hardworking, efficient, and attentive to detail. Must be able to multitask, maintain client confidentiality, and stand for extended periods of time. Essential willingness to learn, training will be provided on the job. Tax experience would be useful but is not required.

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.

Operate multi-line phone systems to direct calls and provide information.

Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Tax Return Assembly.

Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management.

Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving.

Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and vendors.

Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
