Service-Warranty Manager

Well established construction company for over 20 years located in Kissimmee is hiring for immediate need. Position requires the candidate to have construction knowledge and previous scheduling experience. This is a supervisory position that involves scheduling and managing labor and materials. Must be highly organized, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn. Q Book knowledge is welcome also. This is a full time position in office hours 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Our Company offer health care benefits, 401 k, paid vacation time and Holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
