Caregiver or CNA will provide essential support to residents within our Assisted Living Facility. Assist in daily living activities and ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for all residents. This role is crucial in promoting the dignity and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to Administrator.- Help residents with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.- Assist with medication management as directed by Physicians.- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.- Participate in care planning and contribute to resident assessments.- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Compassionate nature with a desire to work with elderly populations. - Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time. - Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and move patients, which may require physical stamina and strength. - Must be able to stand, walk, and bend.
