Service Managers who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $250 per month.An Apartment Discount Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community where you work.Additional benefits listed below.What You Will DoLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative maintenance, apartment turns, resident service requests, and vendor relationships.Drive maintenance strategies that support resident satisfaction, asset preservation, and operational performance.Partner with community leadership to identify, prioritize, and address property maintenance and capital needs.Manage budgets, inventory, and resources with a focus on quality and efficiency.Ensure compliance with company standards, Environmental Health & Safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
