PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for outcomes in assigned areasMaintains open communication and partners with clinical, financial, and administrative partners within the hospitalFocuses on process improvement strategies with special attentions to KPI metricsReviews reports as available and communicates outcomes to team and leadership in a timely manner, providingaccurate statistical records and reportsAdheres to labor and budget guidelines.
