Business Operations helps guide and articulate technology strategy and is responsible for centralized program and project management, portfolio management and capital allocation, global roadmap and process management, incident management and space and resource management. The Operational Analytics and Reporting Team is focused on communications and analytical reporting for Service & Support Operations, which provides 24x7 centralized support to engineering organizations for request management, incident intake, major incident management, problem & change management and operational readiness.As part of Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology, the IT Services Enablement team focuses on surfacing tooling and process best practices by understanding the business and operational needs of internal engineering, product and program management teams. We also partner with Disney’s Shared Services IT Organization to drive IT Transformation programs and services to provide holistic solutions that meet all cross-organizational tooling requirements.Job Summary:As a Product Solutions Manager II in the IT Services Enablement Team, you will collaborate with Product Solutions Managers to assess the business needs and data of engineering, product, and program management teams, defining their process and tooling requirements to deliver effective solutions. You will act as a liaison between our shared services IT organization and internal business teams, ensuring technological solutions support organizational objectives. Your role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and working with stakeholders to implement efficient IT systems. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document process requirements and tooling needs.

Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for product solutions.

Alignment with Standard Offerings:

Evaluate how business requirements can be met using standard product offerings, minimizing the need for custom solutions.

Develop recommendations for adapting standard tools to better fit business processes.

Create use cases that demonstrate the value of existing product features in addressing client needs.

Solution Design and Implementation:

Partner with product solutions managers and shared services IT teams to ensure alignment of product features with business requirements.

Assist in defining product roadmaps that reflect both business priorities and available standard solutions.

Facilitate the implementation of product solutions, ensuring they are integrated effectively into existing workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as a liaison between business partners and product solutions managers to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote adoption of standard solutions.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions through data analysis and feedback collection.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and tool usage.

Prepare reports that communicate the impact of product solutions on business processes and outcomes.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in both business processes and product offerings.

Recommend best practices for optimizing the use of standard tools within business operations.

Preferred Education, Experience/Skills/Training:Basic Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business analysis, particularly in aligning business processes with product solutions.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Outstanding written English skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with standard product offerings and tools in [specific industry or field] is a plus.
