Job Title: Product Manager – XR/Game Development FocusJob DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate “hands-on” Product Manager interested in working with next-generation virtual reality training solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience working across departments within XR or game development to set technology standards and processes. You will push industry boundaries by using leading-edge technologies to create revolutionary virtual experiences that set our customers apart, often ahead of time and under budget. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch, owning the product vision, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams, identifying new growth areas, analyzing market trends, and providing support to sales and marketing teams. You will also serve as the face of the product within the company, determine team metrics for success, influence key stakeholders, and partner on go-to-market, launch, pricing, and customer support activities. Additionally, you will own product roadmaps to support user engagement and revenue growth, and develop user and business metrics to evaluate application success.Hard Skills

At least 5+ years in web operations, web development, product management

Prior experience in XR or Game Development

Prior experience leading others

Understanding and appreciation of UX and design principles

Foundation in analytics techniques and product management best practices

Solid knowledge of programming languages (client and server side)

Experience with software development processes and Agile methodologies

Ability to obtain DoD Security Clearance
