1+ years of experience in a health care or insurance office

Customer service experience experience

Pharmacy experience required

Minimum of HS Diploma or equivalent

Reliable internet - will be tested

A Day in the Role:

Reviewing providers i.e., MD profiles

Making decline phone calls to MD regarding medications

Documenting calls

Work Environment:

100% Remote, Candidates must live in the Northeast
