Responsible for accurately and professionally handling all front desk operations including answering phones greeting patients

Scheduling of all appointments

Balancing daily collections

Addressing routine inquiries and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel

Assists with the inventory and maintenance of business office supplies and the completion of business office reports

Works daily reports such as 'incomplete encounters', 'No Shows', and other designated administrative reports according to office procedures

Requirements

Our client is looking for someone who:

Has 1-2 years of professional experience in customer/client management

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knows professional phone etiquette and ability to effectively work a multi-line phone system

Possess high-level interpersonal skills including customer service

Can demonstrate a record of reliable attendance and punctuality

Has their high school diploma or GED equivalent
