Job Description

  • Responsible for managing andresolving challenging issues forServiceNow partners andcustomers. ​
  • Own and resolve technical casescreated by customers seekinghelp to understand ortroubleshoot unexpectedbehaviors or answer technicalquestions about the ServiceNowsoftware and platform.​
  • Quickly gain an understanding ofthe ServiceNow platform and allcore functionality. ​
  • Gather and analyze data with aview to isolate the potentialcause of the issue. ​
  • Involve others as appropriate toaccomplish individual and groupgoals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 0-2+ Years Technical Support expertisewith high quality results
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshootdifficult technical issues with ease and complexity
  • Strong ability to read basicJava/JavaScriptcode
  • Able to communicate professionally with customers and articulate subject matter to a broad variety of audiences
  • Strong personal commitment to qualityand customerservice
