Customer Service Representative (Base Salary + Commission). We are looking for an

Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with customers and follow up with customers, as needed.

- The service may include responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes,

transfers, claims submission, and billing clarification.

- Use a customer-centered, needs-based review process to educate customers about

insurance options.

- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate

products and services.

Requirements:
