Field Project Coordinator – Concrete & Epoxy Division

Description:

We’re looking for a motivated, organized leader to help oversee our growing concrete polishing and epoxy flooring operations. This position is a hands-on field leadership role — you’ll spend time out on job sites, visiting crews, checking progress, and making sure teams have what they need to stay on track.

You’ll act as the bridge between management and the field, ensuring communication flows both ways and projects stay aligned with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Experience in concrete, epoxy, or construction is a plus, but not a dealbreaker. What matters most is your leadership, organization, and ability to keep crews running efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Visit job sites regularly to check on crew progress and performance

Ensure teams have all materials, equipment, and information needed before and during the job

Communicate daily with both management and field teams

Track project progress and help resolve on-site challenges quickly

Verify job scopes, scheduling, and resource allocation

Maintain organization and accountability across multiple projects
