Spa Therapist

JOB OVERVIEW: Under the general guidance of the Spa Manager, the Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and personalized guest service. This role ensures each guest receives a professional, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience, in alignment with the spa’s service standards and brand values. The Spa Therapist must maintain the highest level of professionalism, cleanliness, and guest confidentiality while promoting wellness and overall well-being through a variety of treatments and services. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, body treatments, and add-on services in accordance with established protocols and brand standardsConduct thorough consultations with guests to determine individual needs and tailor treatments accordinglyMaintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas before and after each servicePrepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and products before guest arrivalEnsure guest comfort and satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized serviceMaintain accurate records of treatments provided and guest preferencesAlways uphold confidentiality and professionalism, respecting guests’ privacy and boundariesAdhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with spa policies and local lawsAttend all required training sessions and departmental meetingsSupport spa operations by assisting with opening and closing duties as neededCommunicate effectively with Spa coordinator and other team members to ensure seamless guest flowPromote wellness and relaxation, contributing to a tranquil and welcoming spa environmentReport any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the Spa Manager promptlyWe recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.  We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
