If chosen for this ERP Integration Manager position, you'll have primary responsibility for managing ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization. We need the person in this position to lead and analyze key process improvements and work with partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP systems. This is the perfect job for you if you are able to demonstrate the ability to ramp-up quickly and be productive by understanding the existing ERP implementation and current business process around installed applications/modules. Work together with central employees to name and apply functionality that provides operational improvements

Lead with various organization employees to fully train on processes and procedures of ERP

Work together with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems

Act as a point of escalation for any issues related to the ERP systems and requests across the enterprise, researching and resolving day-to-day issues related to the system or processes

Plan and manage the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day project management, issues, and risk management

Authoritative of the progression and upgrading of ERP technical instructions and user documentation

Liable for implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization

Regular status reporting to senior leadership

Cooperate with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system Requirements - Demonstrated success acting in a project management capacity

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 successful enterprise ERP implementation projects under their belts

The most important duty of this position is lead configuration testing efforts and help the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions

7+ years of ERP implementation experience

Comprehensive knowledge of SAP FICO

Knowledge of SAP FICO - Financial Acctg - Controlling

We are seeking candidates with strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP
