FedEx Linehaul Team Drivers (Interstate) – High Miles, Reliable Pay

We’re hiring experienced team drivers for FedEx linehaul, interstate routes. This is terminal-to-terminal freight with consistent lanes and predictable schedules. Built for teams looking for steady work and long-term stability.

Pay (per team – split evenly):

30% of gross linehaul revenue

OR $0.80 per mile

(Pay option selected at onboarding and locked for 90 days)

Bonuses & Incentives:

$1,000 bonus per driver after completing 3 months minimum

All-inclusive family vacation for up to 4 people after 6 months

– Must work 3 weeks per month for 3 consecutive months to qualify

– Trip value approximately $2,000, fully covered
