DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform installations on residential heating and air conditioning systems

Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on air conditioning systems, coils, and compressors

Demonstrate Respect and Compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement

Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records

Complete all tasks in accordance with Cooling Advisors quality and safety standards

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image

Analytical. focused on quality, and results-driven

Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions

Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business

Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check

Valid driver's license with minimal DMV infractions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof)

Moderate physical effort required, including standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time and moderate exposure to physical risk such as heat, sun exposure, walking up ladders in excess of thirty feet, along with exposure to insects, rodents and sewage

Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75 lbs

Moderate exposure to elements and heat in excess of 100 degrees

Frequently ascend/descend ladder and maintain balance

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
