Call Center Sales Position - High Volume Calls, High Rewards!

About Us:

Coastal Debt Resolve, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is a debt settlement company dedicated to helping small business owners regain financial stability. We are currently seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Fronters, where you'll play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients in need of our debt settlement program tailored for those struggling with Merchant Cash Advances.

We provide comprehensive training, a proven script, and high-quality leads. Your primary goal is to make calls and qualify potential clients.

This is an hourly PLUS commission position.

Position: Fronter

Duties:

Make 600-1,000 calls daily using an auto-dialer system

Follow the provided script to ask qualifying questions before transferring to a closer

Meet and exceed targets set by upper management

Ensure daily call targets are reached

Required Qualifications:

Ability to work on-site (no remote opportunities)

Prior sales experience

Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls

Reliable transportation

Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using auto-dialer or Five-9 software

Familiarity with Merchant Cash Advances

Proficiency in CRM systems

Compensation:

$15.65 hourly PLUS commission

Commission: $30-$60 for each client you qualify (no enrollment needed for you to earn commission, BONUS & COMMISSION if client enrolls)
