-Preferably Gatehouse / HOA experience of some kind

-DOS experience

-Presentable / well-spoken / customer service skills / ability to deescalate

-Somewhat agile

-Ability to lead his team by example, train and gain trust of staff and community

-Will work alongside BHPD, Public works and board/community manager

-Show confidence / Teamwork

-Wed - Thurs: 3pm - 11pm schedule, yet available for pop ins & emergency coverage

-Experience with drafting SOPs, Post Orders and scheduling
