Disaster Restoration/ home renovation company looking for a fulltime administrative assistant to provide support to our managers and employees, as well as assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.

Requirements:

Candidate must have prior experience in administrative work

MUST be Bilingual

Microsoft office

QuickBooks knowledge a plus.

Well organized

Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment.

Summary:

-Candidate is responsible to answer everyday emails.

-Answer phones and transfer to the corresponding department.

-Handle all clients in a professional, courteous manner and serve as the facility's

first impression to all prospective clients.

-The administrative assistant is responsible for the overall running of the reception area and for the scheduling of appointments for any and all associates of this office, as well as appointments and or meetings among clients and vendors.

-Be proficient and knowledgeable in construction related clerical tasks including but not limited to scheduling inspections, inspection results, inspection status, notice to owner, notice of commencement, property lien recording and removal, dumpster scheduling.

-Update digital media content (Facebook, Twitter, Webpage) on a daily basis as needed.

-Administrative assistant is responsible for printing, entering, scanning, filing among other document management practices as explained during training. Every document needs to be scanned and saved in the appropriate folder.

-Create professional templates, possess exceptional written and communication skills.

Hourly rate between $16-$20 at start depends on qualification.
