Handyman Person/Building General Maintenance

Searching for a maintenance person with experience handling a multitude of everyday maintenance and repair tasks for office buildings. Prior maintenance experience is required. We are looking for a handy person experienced in plumbing, electrical, sheetrock etc. This person needs to be able to multi-task numerous issues and respond quickly to service requests. The position primarily handles day-to-day duties yet should be capable of handling any unforeseen workload such as assisting outside contractors with site access and information. No tools are required job is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Salary is negotiable depending on the level of experience. Looking for the right person to start immediately.

Responsible for maintenance and repairs of commercial units, including plumbing, painting, electric, minor repairs.

Need to have attention to detail, and ability to sight problems and troubleshoot them

Track work orders assigned from maintenance manager

Collaborate and work well with other team members

The following maintenance skills required:

-Basic toilet and faucet repairs

-Painting (interior and exterior)

-Install ballast, light bulbs and outlets
