AC INSTALLERS – Requirements

Full system installations (residential & light commercial)

First Co. pancake-style air handler installations

Mini-splits, heat pumps, package units

High-end system installations

Ductwork fabrication and installation

Strong sales ability

Must have own van or truck

Bilingual is a plus

SERVICE TECHNICIANS – Requirements

Strong diagnostics & repair skills

Ability to work on all major HVAC brands

Strong communication skills

Strong sales skills

Familiar with WiFi thermostat setups

EXPERIENCED DUCT CLEANERS – Requirements

Residential and commercial duct cleaning

Experience with negative air machines, HEPA vacs, brushes

Ability to identify contamination, mold indicators, leaks

Ability to access attics, roofs, tight spaces

Basic understanding of HVAC airflow
