Looking for Head Landscaper (Supervisor)

What We're Looking For:

Experienced Landscaper: You know your way around all aspects of landscaping, from precision mowing and pruning to planting, mulching, and hardscape basics.

Proven Supervisor: You can lead a small crew effectively, delegate tasks, manage workflow, and ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.

Reliable Driver: You have a valid, clean driver's license and are comfortable operating and towing equipment (truck and trailer experience is a must). You'll be responsible for transporting the crew, tools, and materials to various job sites.

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Have:

Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Knowledge of plant health, turf management, and seasonal maintenance best practices.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

A positive, professional attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

The ability to troubleshoot problems and make quick, informed decisions in the field.
