Job Description:

The Communications Agent will be responsible for managing internal and external communications for Every Word Code. This role requires an individual who is skilled in written and verbal communication and is able to adapt messaging to various audiences. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong ability to collaborate across departments to drive clear and effective communication strategies.Responsibilities:Draft and edit internal and external communications, including press releases, emails, and newsletters.Assist in the creation of content for corporate presentations and reports.Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging.Handle inquiries from customers and stakeholders with professionalism and efficiency.Monitor and improve communication strategies and processes to align with company goals.Support company events and outreach programs by providing effective communication strategies.
