Florida, South florida, 33101 South florida USAJob Description:Overall Purpose:Manages, directs, and supervises sales executives who are responsible for securing contracts and driving sales growth in apartment, condo and single-family homes within their assigned territory.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for sales in assigned territory, generated by sales representatives and account managers. Develop and execute sales strategy to produce new sales and protect the existing revenue base. Responsible for the daily application of Company and organizational policies and procedures. Provides feedback, coaching, training, motivation, and support to sales representatives and account managers. Counsels and advises subordinates regarding performance and discipline. Makes suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, and other status changes for employees under their supervision.Education: Bachelors Degree preferred.Experience: 5 Years Sales Experience preferred; Sales Management Experience preferred. Multifamily Experience Required.Supervisory: Yes.Our Associate Director-Prop Acq Conn Comm earn between $85,400.00 - 128,000.00 USD Annual.
