Essential FunctionsVisa is searching for a design professional adept at both the arts and sciences of making beautiful content that sells in a meaningful way.  This strategic creative will lead the strategy, development and production of multimedia content for Visa’s Product and Business organizations (Product, Tech, Brand, VAS and CMS reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Consumer Product and Brand Communications. This role will manage and lead design agencies in support of Visa internal and external events. The successful candidate will drive progress on multiple projects, work cross-functionally with marketing and key business partners, and communicate strategic updates to Visa’s senior leaders. The candidate should have expertise in key design and relevant technology trends with an eye toward pop-culture to bring content and creative work to life visually that contributes to campaigns that deliver measurable impact toward business goals. The ideal candidate will take an audience-first approach and understands that who you're talking to is as important as what you say and can tailor visual content accordingly. This creative strategist is passionate about creating campaigns, presentations, and developing digital content that people want to consume.  They would have deep expertise in developing high-quality video and other types of multimedia content, both extended campaigns and project specific.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
